5. Cancellations & Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule a booking, reasonable notice is appreciated.
Melissa Jade Creative Co reserves the right to retain deposits for cancellations made within a short timeframe prior to a booked shoot or service.
In the event of illness, emergencies, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond reasonable control, bookings may be rescheduled.
6. Content Usage & Copyright
Melissa Jade Creative Co retains copyright ownership of all creative content unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Clients are granted a non-exclusive licence to use delivered content for agreed business and marketing purposes.
Clients may not:
Resell raw or edited content
Alter work in a way that damages the integrity of the brand or creator
Submit work into competitions or publications without written permission
Melissa Jade Creative Co may use completed work for portfolio, website, social media, and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed.
7. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:
Providing accurate information and feedback
Obtaining any required permissions, permits, or licences
Ensuring products, locations, and participants are ready at the agreed time
Delays caused by missing information or approvals may impact project timelines.
